Have you ever picked up a dictionary and actually contemplated just how that giant book full of words and definitions came to be?
Every single word within it had to be spoken or written by someone, somewhere, for the very first time.
Then, that word had to be picked-up and used often enough by enough people for it to reach the compilers of the dictionary and be included in it at all.
If you think about it, the English dictionary is more or less a Hall of Fame for the English language. And these 21 rather brilliant words are just epic enough, and starting to spread just enough, that they should probably be added into the next edition of the dictionary. And whether you love them or hate them, don’t you agree?
