I have this friend. She’s a kickass human of a friend. Her name is Tilly.
First of all, did you know I’m naturally blonde? I am. (Very) recently I went back to it. Anyway, for five years I went dark. Tilly, who used to be my hair dresser, was the one who talked me into it, and I have proof. This was the day five years ago that she did it to me.
Anyway, Tilly ditched me here in Utah and moved to Seattle for some weird reason. Some rubbish about adventures, boyfriends, bla bla bla.
Whilst in Seattle, she went and picked up this new little talent called face painting.
When I first saw her post it on social media, I thought not bad, that was fun.
But then she kept practicing.
There were a couple botched jobs and face paintings that struggled along the way, for sure…
But she got better…
Pretty good, right?
Tilly hasn’t been doing this very long and there is no doubt that she has natural talent at this, and is only going to get better and better.
So, believing that, I had this idea.
Since I LOVE face and body painting (I’m actually kind of obsessed with it, and will be trying it myself pretty soon here), and since so many of you LOVE face and body painting, and since Tilly is looking to really challenge herself and get better…
Why not let you all not just follow along on her journey, but participate and help decide what the journey will be.
Well, long story short… Tilly and I put our heads together and thought it would be fun to let all of you come up with her next big challenge. That’s right. We’re going to let all of you decide what she should always do next. Just leave a comment and give your idea. She’ll pick one and give it all she’s got, then share it here whether it’s a bust or the best thing ever.
Here’s a video Tilly made about us, and this challenge.
I think this whole idea is epic. I am so excited to see what kind of challenges you guys come up with, and to see just how hard she can push herself in this passion. Tilly really is one of my favorite humans, and I’ve got a hunch you’re gonna love her as much as I do.
